HabitPalo is a habit tracking service designed to help users create habits, record their progress, monitor consistency, build momentum, and stay motivated over time.

HabitPalo is currently an evolving service. Features may be added, modified, improved, or removed as the product develops.

You must be legally capable of entering into an agreement under the laws applicable to you in order to use HabitPalo.

If you are using HabitPalo on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Some HabitPalo features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating or maintaining your account and not to impersonate another person or create an account using information you are not authorized to use.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, please contact us as soon as possible.

You retain ownership of the information and content you submit to HabitPalo.

You grant HabitPalo the limited rights necessary to store, process, and display that information for the purpose of operating and providing the service to you.

We aim to keep HabitPalo available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee that the service will always operate without interruptions, delays, errors, or data transmission issues.

Maintenance, technical problems, infrastructure changes, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.

HabitPalo may provide beta, experimental, or early-access functionality. These features may be incomplete, change without notice, or experience additional errors or interruptions.

Feedback about these features is welcome and may be used to improve HabitPalo.

HabitPalo, including its software, design, branding, logos, interface, and original content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of HabitPalo or the right to copy, sell, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit protected parts of the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.

We may restrict or suspend access to HabitPalo when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or its infrastructure, or when these Terms are materially violated.

Where appropriate and reasonably possible, we will try to provide notice before taking such action.

HabitPalo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

HabitPalo is a habit tracking and productivity tool. It does not provide medical, psychological, financial, or other professional advice.

We may update these Terms as HabitPalo evolves or as legal, technical, or operational requirements change.

When the Terms are updated, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Where required, we may provide additional notice of material changes.
